UK, Ireland, and Germany part of Packers' Global Markets program

The Green Bay Packers are the newest NFL team to place their flag in European countries as a part of the NFL's Global Markets program.

The Packers were granted rights across Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, joining the Baltimore Ravens (United Kingdom), Los Angeles Chargers (Greece), and Washington Commanders (United Arab Emirates) as the league's new teams admitted into the program. The Packers will share rights with the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Germany, the Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers for Ireland, and the Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, and San Francisco 49ers for the United Kingdom.

Launched in 2022, the Global Markets Program awards NFL clubs international marketing rights to build brand awareness and fandom beyond the U.S. through fan engagement, events, commercial opportunities, and NFL Flag development.

In total, 29 clubs will participate in the program across 21 international markets—up from 25 clubs across 19 markets in 2024—as the NFL continues to prioritize global growth and connect with more fans worldwide.

“The expansion of the Global Markets Program in 2025 reflects the NFL’s continued focus to grow the game and connect with fans on a global scale,” said NFL Executive Vice President, Club Business, Major Events & International Peter O'Reilly. “With more clubs entering the program and existing clubs adding to their global rights, and as the program expands to new markets, we are seeing strong momentum and impact in growing fandom worldwide together.”
