An Aidan Park hat trick was more than enough for the Green Bay Gamblers to take a 5-2 win over the Youngstown Phantoms Thursday night at the Resch Center.
The game was tied at one after the first period but two goals in the second and third periods gave the Gamblers the cushion they needed to secure the victory after a tough set in the American Cup last week against Des Moines. Park scored a goal a period while Reece Cordray tallied his in the second and Egor Shilov registered his first USHL goal in the third.
The two teams meet again at the Resch Center Friday night for a 7:05 p.m. puck drop.
