Eagles' Barkley pounds Packers in loss

Saquon Barkley continues to be a terror for the Green Bay Packers' defense, this time leading the Philadelphia Eagles to a 34-29 win in Brazil Friday night.

Barkley rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries and caught another score to lead the Eagles offensively. The Packers lead 6-0 early on a pair of field goals before Barkley scored his first touchdown. Barkley would trade scores with the Packers' Jayden Reed, who scored on a 33-yard run and a 70-yard pass in the second quarter. The Eagles would cut the Packers' lead to 19-17 with a field goal cap of the half.

The Eagles would take control as AJ Brown and Barkley scored on either side of a Christian Watson touchdown catch from Jordan Love to make it a 31-26 lead in the third quarter. The two teams traded field goals in the fourth to keep the Packers away from the win column.

The Packers will try again next Sunday when they host the Indianpolis Colts.
