The Green Bay Rockers secured a 5-3 win over the Lakeshore Chinooks on Monday night thanks to a three-run sixth inning.
The Rockers plated two runs in the opening frame thanks to back-to-back RBI singles from Jake Bold and Sam Miller. With the game tied, the Rockers' batters delivered again with run-scoring hits from Cooper Kelly and Mason Eckelman in addition to an error.
Despite his teammate earning the save and the win respectively, Jagger Edwards pitched well as he allowed five hits and one rune (1 ER) across four innings of work while striking out seven.
