The Wisconsin GLO is taking its talents to a new league beginning June 15th.

 

The defending GWBA champions announced that for their fifth season, they will make their debut in the Independent Professional Women's Basketball League (IPWBL). IPWBL teams include the Chicago Breeze, the Michiana Magic, the Indy Wolves, and the St. Louis Rebels."We are thrilled to announce our participation in the IPWBL league for the upcoming season," said Patrick Doherty. "As three-time champions in the GWBA, we are eager to bring our competitive spirit and dedication to the IPWBL.

 

The GLO will play at the Oshkosh Arena this season despite the operators' documented issues over the last several months, which have put its future with the Wisconsin Herd in doubt.
