Packers sign K Joseph

The Green Bay Packers will give its second-year kicker Anders Carlson competition in camp this summer.

 

General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced on Thursday that they had signed former Minnesota Vikings K Greg Joseph. According to Packers.com, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Miami Dolphins in 2018 out of Florida Atlantic University. He was released after training camp and went on to spend time with the Cleveland Browns (2018), Carolina Panthers (2018), Tennessee Titans (2019-20) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2020-21) before spending the past three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings (2021-23). He has connected on over 82 percent of his field goal attempts and 90 percent of his field goal attempts. 

 

The Packers currently have three kickers on their roster.
