Sturgeon Bay’s Adam Rasmussen placed second in the National 2024 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Classic in Tulsa, Oklahoma this past weekend.  Finishing with a total of 55 pounds-four ounces, Rasmussen finished behind Justin Hamner who had 58 pounds-four ounces.  A Door County fishing charter captain, Rasmussen claimed a $50,000 cash winnings for his second-place finish.  The Bassmaster tourney was held on Grand Lake O the Cherokees in Tulsa and had 56 competitors fishing for smallmouth bass.
