Packers release LB Campbell

The Green Bay Packers continued to clean house on the heels of its big free agency signings earlier this week, officially releasing LB De'Vondre Campbell on Wednesday.

According to the Packers, Campbell started all 30 regular-season games and two of three postseason contests he played in for Green Bay since signing with the Packers in 2021. He was named first-team All-Pro by The Associated Press in 2021, becoming the first Green Bay inside linebacker to earn first-team AP All-Pro honors since Ray Nitschke in 1966. In addition to his play on the field, he was honored for his activities off of it when he was the Packers' nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
