Fans of Green Bay basketball are being tasked with making the Kress Events Center a hostile environment this weekend as it hosts four days of Phoenix hoops.

The two teams will play on alternating days, with the women hosting the Horizon League's Detroit metro teams on Thursday (Oakland) and Saturday (Detroit-Mercy) and the men facing Purdue Fort Wayne on Friday and Youngstown State on Sunday. The Phoenix men and women are both in first place in the Horizon League by the slimmest of margins and cannot afford to lose games and risk losing rank in the tournament seeds. 

The Phoenix women open the weekend of games at the Kress Center on Thursday against Oakland at 7 p.m.
