Gamblers stuff net against Capitols

After their first goal caused 6,276 teddy bears to be tossed onto the ice, another four goals gave the Green Bay Gamblers a 5-2 victory Saturday night.

William Hughes delivered the goal that sent the fur flying onto the ice and tied the game up at 1-1. Libor Nemec scored two goals in the second period to give the Gamblers a stranglehold on the game. Hughes would add a second goal along with Blake Bechen to give the Gamblers the victory. Adam Gajan stopped 24 of the 26 shots he faced on the night.
