The Phoenix women will try to stay perfect in the Horizon League while also making it nine straight wins when they welcome Robert Morris to the Kress Event Center on Saturday.
They led nearly wire-to-wire in their 85-47 win over Youngstown State Thursday night. The Phoenix registered at least 21 points in the first three quarters while limiting the Penguins to less than 25 percent shooting from the field, including 15 percent from behind the arc. Three Phoenix players scored in double figures, led by Jasmine Kondrakiewicz's 16 points, Cassie Schiltz's 15 points, and Natalie McNeal's 14 points.
The Colonials dropped the first leg of their Wisconsin swing with a 73-58 loss to Milwaukee on Thursday. Tuana Coskun led the team with 12 points.
