Neither team defended home ice over the weekend as the Rough Riders won Friday's game 4-3 in Green Bay and the Gamblers returned the favor in Cedar Rapids with a 3-2 win.

In Friday's game, Ben Poitras scored the first and last goals of the game for the Gamblers with the Rough Riders scoring four of the five goals between to earn the victory. Michael DeAngelo added a goal and an assist while Gavin Moffatt stopped 22 of the 26 shots he faced.

On Saturday, Blake Bechen scored two goals for the Gamblers, including the game winner six minutes into the third period to break the 2-2 tie between the two squads. Gavin Moffatt withstood the pressure from the Rough Riders, stopping 32 of the 34 shot he faced.
