Badgers look to stay hot vs. Terrapins

The Wisconsin Badgers will travel to Maryland to take on the Terrapins in Big Ten Conference play.

The Wisconsin Badgers have been red hot as of late winning 4 of their last 5, with those 4 wins all coming consecutively. Wisconsin was able to knock off the number three team in the county in Purdue last Monday, and followed that with a win over a very good Iowa Hawkeyes team on Thursday night. Johnny Davis has been the only spark the Badgers have needed as he is currently leading the team in points, rebounds, and assists. Davis is averaging 22 points per game and has put himself in the conversation for not only the player of the year award, but to also potentially be a lottery pick in this year’s NBA draft if he were to decide to declare. Davis is currently projected to be selected with the 5th pick in the first round.

As for Maryland, they are looking to avoid their third straight loss and are being led by Eric Ayala who is averaging 15 points per game.

Tip is set for 6:30 p.m. from the XFINITY Center
