Badgers welcome Hawkeyes to Kohl Center

The Wisconsin Badger Men’s basketball team is coming off a big upset win over #3 Purdue and looking to stay hot against another Big Ten opponent in the Iowa Hawkeyes. 

 

Wisconsin enters the matchup with a 11-2 record with the two losses coming against Providence and Ohio State. Johnny Davis has been leading the Badgers offense so far this year averaging 22 points per game on 45% shooting. Davis posted 37 in the win over Purdue and is keeping his name in the mix to not only be an All-American, but also the AP National Player of the Year. 

 

As for the Hawkeyes, they come into this matchup with an 11-3 record and are the nations second best scoring offense, averaging 87.4 points per game. Iowa will be led by big man Keegan Murray who is averaging 24 points per contest on 59% shooting. The latest performance for Murray included 35 points on 66% shooting. 

 

Tip is set for 8:00 PM from the Kohl Center in Madison.
