Bucks erase first half deficit to beat Mavericks

The Milwaukee Bucks (21-13) trailed the Dallas Mavericks (15-16) at halftime by a score of 43-41, but came out ready to play in the second half outscoring the Mavericks in both the 3rd and 4th quarters.

Khris Middleton stepped up in the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the Bucks with 26 points. Jrue Holiday added 24 points and Boogie Cousins poured in a season-high of 22 points to propel the Bucks to victory.

The Dallas Mavericks had several players sidelined due to COVID-19 guidelines, however Jalen Brunson was ready to contribute off the bench leading the team with 19 points while getting some help from fellow teammate Frank Ntilikina who added 14 points.

The Bucks will next be in action on Christmas Day against the Boston Celtics with tip set for 1:30 PM from the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
