Bucks pick up win against Rockets

The Milwaukee Bucks did not have several of its key contributors due to COVID protocols, but they still left their game with the Houston Rockets with a 126-106 victory at the Fiserv Forum Wednesday night.

The Bucks are still without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bobby Portis and Donte DiVincenzo due to COVID-19 protocols that have forced many teams to use the NBA's hardship waiver to sign more players. The team still has plenty of scoring on the roster with Jrue Holiday leading the team with 24 points and Khris Middleton adding 23.  Boogie Cousins and Jordan Nwora were also on the doorstep of 20-point nights by each chipping in 18 points.

The Bucks were only up by one after one quarter of play, but outscored the Rockets 72-52 in the middle frames to build up a lead they would not give up. Christian Wood led the Rockets with 20 points and 11 rebounds in the loss.
