Bucks look to sign big man after win

The Milwaukee Bucks won their game over the Indiana Pacers Sunday 118-100, but their bigger victory could come later in the day on Monday.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 26 points and collected 13 rebounds while Jrue Holiday chipped in another 23 in the Bucks' seventh straight victory after a slow start to the season. Four other Bucks players also reached double figures in the victory while Caris LeVert led the Pacers with 23 points. The Bucks were able to put distance between them and the Pacers in the third quarter, extending a five point halftime lead to 16.

Both Antetokounmpo and coach Mike Budenholzer both lamented the void left by Brook Lopez, who has been out for much of their season because of a back injury. They may just get their wish for a new big man on Monday as multiple reports are connecting the Bucks with former All-Star center Demarcus Cousins. He could be in place before the Bucks' next game on Wednesday against Charlotte.
