Phoenix women look to bounce back against Wright State

The Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team hope to put their loss to Northern Kentucky in the rear-view mirror when Wright State visits the Kress Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Phoenix women just could never come all the way back in its 61-52 loss to Northern Kentucky at the Kress Center. The Norse would build leads of nine to 12 points, only to have the Phoenix whittle away at them. The Norse's defense clamped down on the Phoenix, allowing them to only shoot 30 percent from the field as they would rebuild their leads.  Hailey Oskey led the Phoenix with19 points while Maddy Schreiber added 11 points off the bench. Luxemburg-Casco alum Cassie Schiltz scored six points and collected six rebounds in the loss. The Raiders lost to Milwaukee 58-47 on Thursday.

The tip is set for 1 p.m.
