Packers announce roster cuts; make punter trade

Green Bay made their initial 53-man roster official on Tuesday as it was the final day to trim the roster to the regular season limit. The most surprising move was perhaps the trade with the Rams for punter Corey Bojorquez and releasing former Packers punter JK Scott. The Packers sent the Rams a 2023 sixth round pick.

The Packers roster cuts include:

Quarterback: Kurt Benkert

Running back: Dexter Williams and Patrick Taylor

WR: Reggie Begelton, Damon Hazelton, Juwann Winfree, Equanimeous St. Brown

TE: Bronson Kaufusi

OL: Jacob Capra, Cole Van Lanen, Coy Cronk, Ben Braden

DL: Willington Previlon, Abdullah Anderson, Carlo Kemp

LB: Delontae Scott, Tipa Galeai, Ray Wilborn, De’Jon harris

DB: Rojeterman Farris, Kabian Ento, Stephen Denmark, Christian Uphoff, Innis Gaines
