Though you may be enjoying a hot Milwaukee Brewers 2021 season, it’s not too early to start looking at which dates to circle next year. On Wednesday, the Milwaukee Brewers announced their 2022 regular-season schedule. The Brewers will begin play at American Family Field, hosting a series against the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 31st. It’ll be the ninth time since joining the National League in 1998 that the brewers open up against an NL West opponent, but the first time against the Diamondbacks. The Brewers will have another home series right after, completing a homestand against the San Francisco Giants on April 6th. 

The 2022 season will be the first since the 2017 campaign that the Brew Crew will face the American League East in Interleague play. Milwaukee hosts the Toronto Blue Jays from June 24-26, the Tampa Bay Rays on August 9th and 10th, and the New York Yankees from September 16-18. Road AL East games include a series against the Baltimore Orioles from April 11-13, the Tampa Bay Rays on June 28th and 29th, and the Boston Red Sox from July 29th to 31st. The Brewers will have their games with the bordering Minnesota Twins at Target Field on July 12th and 13th and will return home for games at home on July 26th and 27th. The longest road trip of the season will be from May 23rd to June 1st, featuring series against the San Diego Padres, St. Louis Cardinals, and Chicago Cubs. 

A possible advantage for the Brewers is that 15 of their final 21 games at American Family Field with their final home series coming against the Miami Marlins from September 29th to October 2nd. The full schedule can be found here.
