Booyah keep Chinooks scoreless

The Green Bay Booyah snagged their third win of the season on Monday with a 5-0 shutout in Mequon over the Lakeshore Chinooks. Scoring began in the fourth inning when Tristin Garcia hit a solo home run to go up 1-0. That was followed with the first of Nadir Lewis’ two rbi’s. The inning would end with the Booyah up 2-0. Lewis would get his second RBI in the top of the sixth with a sac fly. In the seventh inning scoring was capped off with a two-run double by Nick Dagnello to bring the score to 5-0. The Booyah collected nine hits in the game. Connor Langreder was credited with the win on the mound. 

 

Both the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and the Milwaukee Brewers were off on Monday. On Tuesday, Milwaukee has a road matchup with Cincinnati and the Timber Rattlers visit the South Bend Cubs.
