Boston’s Jason Tatum hit a go ahead three-point bank shot with 1.5 seconds left of play. Giannis Antetokounmpo had a chance to tie the game after a bonus opportunity at the free-throw line with 0.4 seconds left of play and could not convert, giving the Bucks a season opening loss. Offseason acquisition notable Jrue Holiday dropped 25 points in his Bucks debut while the reigning back-to-back NBA MVP Antetokoumpo tallied 35 points to lead all scorers.
