Festival owner to buyout Booyah

The Green Bay Booyah ownership group recognized as Big Top Baseball has agreed to transfer ownership of the team to Mark Skogen. He is the owner of 33 Festival Food grocery stores throughout Wisconsin and is a third generation grocer, he has been a part of the family business since 1992. The transaction is not yet complete due to a pending transfer of lease for Capital Credit Union Park. The transfer process will be reviewed by the Ashwaubenon Village Board of Trustees on December 15th in which they will discuss approval of the sale to be wrapped up by the end of the year. The Green Bay Northwoods League team will embark on their third season in Ashwaubenon at Capital Park after relocating from the east side of Green Bay.
