The Milwaukee Brewers organization announced earlier today that they have signed Luke Maile to a 2021 season contract. President of baseball operations David Stearns came forth this morning with information on the Maile addition. The 29-year old catcher missed the entire 2020 season with a finger fracture, the incident happened at an intersquad game in July. Maile comes into the Brewers organization after 216 games in the Major Leagues with the Tampa Bay Rays and Toronto Blue Jays. From 2017-2019 Maile batted .198 with 10 home runs while scoring 60 runs. The Brewers also signed catchers Omar Narvaez and Manny Pina prior to the non-tender deadline.
