The Milwaukee Brewers television play-by-play man Brian Anderson added to his historic resume this week. According to mlb.com, Anderson took home the Emmy for Outstanding Crafts Achievement for On-Camera Talent from the Chicago/Midwest chapter. This award comes after the voting took place this past weekend. Anderson’s award is just one of many throughout his career, such as the National Sports Media Wisconsin Sportscaster of the Year (three-time winner and is nominated for this year as well). Anderson has been calling Brewers games since 2007 and working for Turner Sports since 2008. In his Turner Sports tenure, he has covered: MLB postseason games, NBA Playoffs, NCAA Men’s March Madness college basketball, college football games for the Big Ten Network and is the new voice of the NBA 2K video game. The Brewers and Anderson look forward to the announcement for the National Sports Media Wisconsin Sportscaster of the Year award.
