It was not as easy as the records would have indicated before the game as the Green Bay Packers squeaked past the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday afternoon 24-20.

For the first time all year, the Packers did not score on its opening possession or the first quarter as the Jaguars entered the second stanza of the game up 3-0 thanks to a wind-aided field goal. The Packers would strike first in the second quarter when Aaron Rodgers hooked up with Marquez Valdes-Scantling for a 78-yard touchdown. The Jaguars would get the lead back a few minutes when Keelan Cole Jr. took a punt 91 yards to make it 10-7. The Packers would end the half with a pair of scores, one coming on the legs of Aaron Rodgers from five yards out and Mason Crosby's foot to make it 17-10 at the break. Cole would find the endzone a second time in the third quarter, this time catching a 12-yard pass from Jake Luton to tie the game at 17. The Jaguars would take the lead briefly on a field goal to start the fourth quarter, but Rodgers was able to find an injured Davante Adams in the endzone for the game-winning score with just over nine minutes left in the game. Aaron Rodgers finished the game with 325 yards passing, three total touchdowns, and an interception.

The Packers will play again next Sunday on the road against the Indianapolis Colts at 3:25 p.m.
