Gamblers embracing exhibition season

The Green Bay Gamblers are using their exhibition season to their advantage as they look to make final decisions on their roster.

The Gamblers have been able to add two additional exhibition games this season, including a bonus matchup against the Chicago Steel on Saturday that took place in front of no fans. The team lost both matchups by scores of 3-2 to Team USA and 7-5 to the Steel. Gamblers Head Coach and General Manager Pat Mikesch says it gave them a good opportunity to take a look at some players.

Even when it battles the Dubuque Fighting Saints at the Resch Center on Halloween night, the focus will be on their own team rather than their opponent.
