The Sturgeon Bay girls' golf team looks to extend their season on Wednesday when they travel to Irish Waters Golf Course in Freedom for the WIAA Regional.

In their last action, Sturgeon Bay finished eighth at the Bay Conference Championship on Tuesday at Wander Springs Golf Course, posting a team score of 444. Maggie Huempfner led the way for the Clippers, shooting a 105 to finish tied for 15th individually. Kennedy Hoernke also carded a 105, while Hayden Montevideo finished with a 116 and Talia Schmidt shot 118. Maria Neri rounded out Sturgeon Bay's five golfers with a 128.

Amherst, Bonduel, Freedom, Marinette, Oconto, Oconto Falls, Seymour, and Waupaca will take the course at 9 a.m.
