Sturgeon Bay finished eighth at the Bay Conference Championship on Tuesday at Wander Springs Golf Course, posting a team score of 444.

 

Seymour claimed the team championship with a 350, followed by Xavier at 411. Winneconne and Fox Valley Lutheran tied at 428, while New London finished fifth at 429.

 

Maggie Huempfner led the way for the Clippers, shooting a 105 to finish tied for 15th individually. Kennedy Hoernke also carded a 105, while Hayden Montevideo finished with a 116 and Talia Schmidt shot 118.

 

Maria Neri rounded out Sturgeon Bay's five golfers with a 128.

 

Seymour's Lyla Schueler won the individual title with an 82, followed by teammate Morgan Lewis at 84 and Oconto's Lacey Sikora at 85.
