The scoring came fast and furious for the Sturgeon Bay soccer team on Monday night as they beat Peshtigo 10-0 in one half of play.

 

The Clippers took a 2-0 lead in the opening minutes of the match with Jaxzen Bleck poking one past the goalkeeper following a Bulldogs' own goal.

 

 

It would took a few minutes for the Clippers to double their advantage thanks to Joni Ismali's brace as he buried passes from Potier to make it 4-0.

 

 

Finn Stevenson registered his own brace with goals in the 14th and 15th minute, as did Daniel Wienke with tallies in the 25th and 28th minute. The Clippers' attack slowed but did not relent as Isaiah Eliason and Trigg Arnold capped off the scoring with goals in the 37th and 40th minute.

 

 

The match ended at halftime with a mutual decision by both coaches. The Clippers are back in action on Thursday when they travel to Fish Creek to play Gibraltar/Sevastopol.
