After strong efforts at the Packerland Conference Tournament and the WIAA Regionals, Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol's three entrants in the D.C. Everest Sectional came up short in their bid for a state berth on Friday.
Tiani Lemieux came the closest, getting a quick pin in her first match only to have the same fate in the semifinals and 3rd place match. Anna Dalke and Izzy Andreae both lost their quarterfinal matches to finish outside of the podium.
