The DC Lakeshore High School Bowling Club will compete Thursday at Apple Valley Lanes in Sturgeon Bay. This week’s matchups include Southern Door vs. Sturgeon Bay, Algoma vs. Kewaunee, and Sevastopol vs. Luxemburg-Casco.

 

The last meet was held at the Kewaunee Bowl. Kewaunee swept Sturgeon Bay 9-0, Southern Door edged Luxemburg-Casco 5-4, and Sevastopol swept Algoma 9-0.

The top boys bowlers were Braiden Goldman (Sevastopol — 12 strikes, five spares, one open), Preston Slack (Kewaunee — 11 strikes, five spares, two opens), and Jaxon Slack (Kewaunee) and Alex Shepit (Southern Door), who tied for third with nine strikes, seven spares and two opens each.

 

The top girls bowlers were Trinity Rosinsky (Kewaunee — 11 strikes, four spares, three opens), Quinn Sperber (Southern Door — seven strikes, six spares, five opens), and Abby Falish (Luxemburg-Casco — eight strikes, four spares, six opens).

 

Teams hit the lanes at 4:30 p.m.
