Clippers boys welcome Raiders

The Sturgeon Bay boys basketball team looks to keep their winning ways going when they welcome Two Rivers to town on Monday.

Siggy Hansen scored 20 points and Ben Ash added another 12 points as the Clippers beat Gibraltar in a Saturday matinee 54-45. Head coach Zach Goblisch said it was a good response after losing its game to Algoma last Tuesday. ""I felt that after a little bit of a slow start in this one, our guys responded well by settling into our offensive actions and working to get stops on the defensive end," Goblisch said.

The Raiders are 4-8 on the season and losers of four of their last five games. Noah Shillcox leads the team with 15.9 ppg while Dayton Glandt is among the team leaders in points (7.5 ppg), rebounds (5.7 rpg), and assists (2.8 apg).

Tip off is set for 7 p.m.
