DCU swim traveling to State

The Door County United (DCU) swim team had four swimmers qualify for the State championships. This occurred at the Division 2 Sectional in Ashwaubenon this past Saturday. A standout performance came from Kailyn Neville, who will be making her third consecutive appearance at the State finals. Neville secured her spot in the 200-yard freestyle event after finishing in 4th place with a strong time of 2:03.8. Her consistent performance and dedication continue to be a source of pride for the DCU team. In addition to Neville's individual qualification, the DCU 400 freestyle relay team also earned a spot at State. Comprised of Kailyn Neville, Chloe Bissen, Shaeffer Ross, and Hazel Monfils, took 5th place with a time of 3:58.2. The State finals are scheduled to take place at the prestigious Waukesha South Natatorium on Friday.
