DCU swim team back in action in Clintonville

The Door County United swim team is gearing up for a conference meet against the Truckers in Clintonville this Thursday. Their last outing saw them dominate the Bay Conference Sprints in Shawano, securing first place with 262 points, nine points ahead of second-place New London. DCU excelled in a swim meet, highlighted by a first-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay (2:06.4) with Chole Bissen, Quinn Sperber, Hazel Monfils, and Kailyn Neville. They also secured second in the 200 freestyle relay (1:50.88) and 100 medley relay (1:05.23). Individual second places went to Bissen (100 IM, 1:08.9) and Monfils (50 breaststroke, 36.21). Third-place finishers included Neville (100 freestyle, 59.08; 50 backstroke, 31.57) and Shaeffer Rass (50 breaststroke, 36.82).
The first race begins at 5:00 pm.
