The DCU Girls High School Swim Team captured its second conference win over Marinette High School on September 18th, 2025. The swimmers scored a collective of 111 points to Marinette’s 38.

 

Junior Shaeffer Raas (SEV) had a great night of swimming. She finished 2nd overall in the 200-yard Freestyle and 1st overall in the 100-yard Breaststroke. She was also integral to the 1st place finish in the 200-yard Medley Relay.

 

Junior Hannah Denil (SBHS) contributed 6 points to the team's overall score with her third-place finishes in the 50-yard Freestyle and 100-yard Backstroke.

 

Finally, Hazel Monofils, a Freshman from SDHS, placed first in the 50-yard Freestyle and the 100-yard Butterfly, adding 12 points to the team score.

 

DCU will head to St. Norbert College on Saturday, September 20th, to compete in the Notre Dame Invite. Their next conference match-up is against New London High School on September 25th.
