Last night, the Sturgeon Bay Cross Country team competed in the Peterson Park Meet in Algoma. The notoriously hilly and rough terrain challenged our runners considerably, but they rose to the occasion. We had a great finish by many runners. A few highlights include Atticus Haus coming in 7th place and Deacon Haus coming in 9th for the boys' Varsity team, which helped the boys' team place in 4th overall. For our girls' team, our top runners were Scarlet Tomberlin in 17th place and Megan Selle in 20th, and the girls' team placed 4th overall.
