On Thursday, the Sturgeon Bay High School Cross Country team competed in the Tom Finlan Invitational at Josten Park in Green Bay. The Varsity girls team placed 6th, with Delaney Skiba placing 8th overall with a time of 21:23. Our Varsity boys team placed 8th, with Deacon and Atticus Haus placing 34th and 39th, respectively, with sub-21-minute times. Bonduel's Beth Wondra and Preble's Jacob Nuthals won individual titles while Preble won the team titles.
Overall, head coach Morgan Kiedrowski said afterwards that the teams did a great job on a twisty and hilly course!
