The Clippers host the Eagles on Monday night in Sturgeon Bay on U102.1 and NEW Radio Sports Network. 

 

This is the second matchup between these team in less than two weeks.  The matchup in Brussels on May 2nd saw scoring early and late as after the first inning the Eagles held a 1-2 lead.  That score would hold until the 6th when the Clippers sent 9 batters to the plate to take a 5-2 lead.  The Clippers would add another run in the 7th and claim the 7-2 victory. 

 

The Eagles are coming off a 4-3 loss on Saturday to Luxemburg-Caso in which their comeback fell short, having both the tying and go-ahead run on in the top of the final inning. That loss extended their losing streak to 7 games.  

 

Sturgeon Bay is coming off a Saturday double header in Chilton, in which they rallied from behind in game two to earn the split.
