Sturgeon Bay senior Jackson Starr finalized his post-secondary plans on Wednesday, signing his National Letter of Intent to play soccer at UW-Eau Claire.

Starr was a unanimous All-Packerland Conference First Team selection and the conference's player of the year last season as a defender. He was named to the second team as a junior.
