One night after dishing out their own 8-0 decision, the Sturgeon Bay soccer team got a taste of their own medicine, losing 8-0 to Marinette on Tuesday.

Josie Smerchek scored a hat trick for Marinette while here teammate Sierra Schreiner bested her with four goals in the victory. Despite the one-sided result, Clippers netminder Isabella Jimenez Seyfer still posted 15 saves. 

Next up for the Clippers is a conference show down with Door County United on Thursday.
