It was senior Patrick Haese and his three rushing touchdowns that led the Sturgeon Bay Clippers to a 20-0 win at home over the Marinette Marines.

Haese had over 100 yards on the ground, and the Clippers had almost 200 yards rushing on a fall-like Friday evening as the Marinette Marines gave them all they could handle. Nell for the Clippers turned the tide with an interception in the second quarter that turned into the first score of the game by Haese only minutes later. The Clippers' second interception came late in the fourth quarter, and that would end any chance Marinette had of making a comeback. 

The Clippers will return to action next Friday night at Peshtigo. U-102.1 will follow the Marines back to their home field in Marinette where Southern Door will travel to next Friday.
