The Sturgeon Bay cross country team traveled to Green Bay on Thursday to compete in the Tom Finlan Invitational hosted by Green Bay Preble.

 

The Clippers did not have enough boys to compete as a team, a race dominated by the home squad that scored 22 points, doubling up its nearest competition, Luke Selle led the boys with a time of 22:26 on the 5K course. The girls came in seventh place overall with 142 points, which was about 120 point behind first-place Green Bay Preble. Megan Quaderer led all Clippers runners with a time of 22:15.
