The Sturgeon Bay Clippers girls' basketball team will try their luck outside the conference again when they welcome Green Bay East on Thursday.

 

On Tuesday, the Clippers dropped a close contest to the Gillett Tigers 44-41 in their first game since December 21st. The Clippers were led by Basha Yeltysheva, who scored 17 points, while Regan Kasten and Cody Carlson added 10 points each.

 

The Red Devils have gone winless since an opening night win against Little Chute on November 16th. Led by Jamaya Mariner's 14.8 ppg, the Red Devils have failed to score more than 35 points in five of their 10 games so far this season.

 

Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
