Micotiochek's bombs sink Clippers for Vikings

Denmark's Kiarrah Micotiochek drilled seven first-half three-pointers to pace the Vikings past the Sturgeon Bay Clippers in Friday's girls basketball action.

 

The Vikings did most of their heavy lifting in the first half, scoring 57 of their 68 points in the opening frame. Paige Vogel had her own strong start, scoring 11 of her 13 points in the first half. 

 

Dasha Yeltysheva led the Clippers' attack with 13 points in the loss, while Yarrow Goettelman contributed six points.
