Door County’s two soccer clubs will face off for the second time this season on Thursday night to highlight the local action.

Gibraltar/Sevastopol makes the trip south to face the Packerland-leading Sturgeon Bay Clippers for a 7:00 p.m. matchup. The Clippers held onto their dominance of the Packerland Conference on Tuesday with a 7-0 victory over Algoma on Tuesday 24 hours after also shutting out NEW Lutheran 4-0. The Clippers have outscored their Packerland foes 44-0 this season, including a 5-0 win in Fish Creek against the United.

 Gibraltar/Sevastopol United defeated Kewaunee Storm 2-1 Monday evening in a contest officially designated as a scrimmage, with only two officials present. Trey Perlman and Damien Lardinois scored goals for the United in the win. 

Bryan Mazur and Peter Kerwin will have the call on U-102.1 beginning at 6:45 p.m. with the pregame show.
