Julia Kurek captured her first meet win of the season as she won the Valders Invitational representing the Sturgeon Bay girls cross country team Thursday.

 

Kurek covered the 5K course in 20:44 to win the meet as the Clippers as a team came in seventh place with 177 points.

 

Luke Selle ran a personal best 23:27 to lead the boys team.
