The Sturgeon Bay track team had an impressive night on Tuesday at the 8-team Algoma invitational, the Clipper girls took second and the boys 3rd.

 

Clipper highlights from Tuesday's track and field meet include:

 

Cate Anderson was first in the 100 hurdles and Nida Zukauskaite 2nd.

Andrea Wilke 1st in the pole vault with a personal best vault of 9'

Madelyn Wind 3rd in shot put and 6th in discus.

Nida Zukauskaite 2nd in the 300-meter hurdles, and Briana Barganz 7th.

The 4x100 relay of Tiviana Andropolis, Cady Carlson, Ella Tarkowski and Cate Anderson was 3rd.

The 4x400 relay of Cate Anderson, Jade Tomberlin, Julia Kurek and Nida Zukauskaite were 2nd.

Julia Kurek 1st in the 3200-meter run

In the 1600-meter run, Julia Kurek was 2nd, Julia Michalski was 4th and Claire Quaderer 5th.

800meter run, Jade Tomberlin 5th and Julia Michalski 8th.

Tiviana Andropolis 4th in the 200-meter run

In the 100-meter run, Ella Tarkowski was 3rd with Cady Carlson 6th

 

For the boy's team

 

In the 100-meter dash, Patrick Haese was 3rd, followed by Kordell Anderson in 7th

200-meter run Chase Hasenjager was 5th

800 meter run ozzie Langfeldt 4th and Zone Winke 7th.

1600 meter run Zone Winke 3rd.

110 high hurdles, Ozzie Langfeldt 2nd, Ryan Felhofer 4th and Espen Walker 6th

The relay team of Chase Hasenjager, Kordell Anderson, Craven Lautenbach, and Patrick Haese took 3rd in the 4x100 and 4th in the 4x200

4x400 relay took 3rd with a team of Gannon Evers, Ozzie Langfeldt, Zone Winke, and Xavier Jandrin

Xavier Jandrin also took 2nd in the pole vault.

Shot put, Braden Evers was 2nd followed by Gannon Evers in 6th

High Jump Espen Walker 2nd and Chase Hasenjager 7th
