Clippers look to avoid winless regular season against Kewaunee

The last home game for the seniors of Sturgeon Bay will see them facing off against the Kewaunee Storm Thursday night.

The five seniors this season for the Clippers are headlined by the team's leading scorer, Autumn Rass. Rass averages 14.2 points per game, and makes her presence felt on the defensive side as well with four steals per game. The Clippers were given an 11 seed for the playoffs this year, and will travel to take on the Clintonville Truckers.

The Kewaunee Storm will be coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Southern Door Eagles back on Monday night as their last second attempt as a tie was waved off and no good. Jadelynn Kroll was the answer for the struggling Storm early in the season, as she has averages 14.8 points, including 31 in the win over Algoma on Saturday. The Storm will have a 10 seed in the WIAA playoffs, and face Menominee Indian in the first round with the winner playing Coleman.

Tip from Sturgeon Bay is set for 7:30 P.M.
