The Sturgeon Bay Clippers girls' basketball team hope the wait for their first Packerland win will be over when Algoma comes to town Friday night.
The Clippers are winless since a 59-45 victory against Green Bay East on January 5th. They came close in their last game against NEW Lutheran, unable to close a 52-47 gap last week.
The Wolves saw a halftime lead disappear this week, falling to Southern Door 47-40. Ryley Zimmerman scored 15 points for the Wolves in the defeat, being the only Algoma player to reach double figures.
Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
